A city located in northeastern  Cordann . While it is by no means small, it has only about 1/21th the population of New Tirul .  The city has been reshaped by the new Violet Fulgurite power plant .  The protagonists of Crooked Wings are initially stationed here, and the majority of their early work takes place here.  Connected to a GLITTERING TOWN    Where the CLAWS OF THE WASTELAND are based:      a militant group      founded to preserve-  DEMOGRAPHIC BREAKDOWN:  Total Population : Around 162,608.
